A large garden of an estate on Pine lake from the 1930’s was let go and was in need of renovation. Mature trees, dry pond, arbor and path were the bones remaining as we began our redesign.  The new owners wanted a formal garden, to blend with their new French country estate. We proposed knot gardens with yew hedges, an additional pond and rose garden. New smooth path is bordered with a constant display of perennial color throughout the growing season. New steps and benches line the grand promenade through a rebirth of gardens past.
