Structuregarden
combines landscape architecture and
sculpture to bring innovative design solutions to you.
Background:
I
am a registered landscape architect with over 15 years experience in
design offices and design/build firms in the Chicago and Milwaukee areas.
I have produced sculpture and maintained an art studio here in Milwaukee
for the past 5 years exhibiting pieces in local galleries and gardens.
Employed
by Century Landscaping Company, Inc. an established design/build firm
located near Hartland, WI, we install projects all over the Milwaukee
and surrounding lake areas. Experienced in site planning and
landscape design, I also collaborate with Landgraphics, a landscape
architecture design firm, on
various residential, commercial, and park planning projects.
As a sculptor I primarily work in steel, copper, and wood. I produce
figures, forms, structures and ornaments using discarded industrial scrap
relics, and new steel stock. I also produce wood totem-like forms in the
forest. Geometric or abstract, these objects are a wonderful contrast to
the natural order of the their surroundings.
I am constantly looking for new venues and opportunities to build and
display sculpture, create gardens and design outdoor space.
