I am an artist and landscape architect. My formal training and experience in landscape architecture has given me a unique perspective of design and nature. My experience in landscape construction has allowed me to produce realistic, working, time tested projects. My spiritual embrace of the natural world gives me a palette and resource to build and sustain.
The design of space is primarily creating the appropriate scale, choosing materials, and arranging objects to create a desired effect.
Abstract sculpture uses form, texture, color and sound in a context to create a visual dialog evoking desired feelings, thoughts and emotions.
One powerful aspect of my sculpture is the visual journey from chaos to order. My art has always been about the force and struggle then order balance of man and nature.
